I hope you will enjoy taking the time to explore my website and learn about what I do and the services that I offer. As a woman and through my work with women since 1998, I have an understanding of the range of challenges - physical, emotional and spiritual, that women face on a daily basis, from the mundane to the life changing. Using a combination of massage, education and healing, much of which comes from the Maya lineage, I aim to facilitate, support and empower each person who comes to see me on their individual journey to wholeness, wellness and balance – to re-find their centre that should be a natural and innate state of being in everyone’s lives.

 

I work with a diverse range of women and people of all ages and from all walks of life, treating each client as an individual and respecting and honouring their own unique, personal journey.

 

Whether you are experiencing menstrual, gynaecological or digestive issues, are on the path of motherhood/ parenthood and raising a family, coming through to the other side of menopause or have issues after surgery, I have something to offer you.
